Planning Services...
OHCE offer planning consultancy services to all our clients utilising our design services for single dwellings, residential schemes and commercial applications.
We undertake pre-planning consultations for clients when necessary and evaluate the viability of a projects potential prior to the preparation of an application for permission.
We also carry out development plan submissions, appeals to An Bord Pleanála and general submissions and observations on planning files.

In the building of a property it is required that the construction be certified for compliance with planning permission and the building regulations. OHCE offer certification services and ‘stage-payments’ to all our in-house projects, from large schemes to single dwellings.
Our certification system provides construction drawings for the build, foundation drawings and steel schedules. Each project is assigned to one of our Engineers and our office inspects sites, as requested by a client, on the Friday of each week.
Our staff are members of Engineers Ireland and hold professional indemnity insurance for 1.3M cover for certification work.
